Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the breakfast sausage on both sides to an internal temperature of 155F (68C). Then cut into strips.
Once cooked, remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.
In the same skillet, melt the butter and crack the eggs in.
Cook until the whites firm up then gently flip over and top with cheese, cook for 30 seconds longer or until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and black pepper.
Place a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Place the eggs and sausage on the wrap. Fold in the sides and roll up. Cut in half.
Serve the breakfast wrap with grapes and orange juice.
