Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Wrap
- 6 oz Breakfast sausage patty
- 4 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 Flour tortillas
Fruit
- 2 cups Fresh fruit (such as berries grapes and melon) washed and prepared accordingly
Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the breakfast sausage on both sides to an internal temperature of 155F (68C). Then cut into strips.
Once cooked, remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.
In the same skillet, crack the eggs in and season with salt and black pepper.
Cook until the whites firm up then gently flip over and top with cheese, cook for 30 seconds longer or until the cheese is melted.
Place a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Place the eggs and sausage on the wrap. Fold in the sides and roll up. Cut in half.
Serve the breakfast wrap with fresh fruit and orange juice.
