Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
Toast the bagel.
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage patties until they are browned and cooked through. This should take about 3 - 4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt a small amount of butter over medium heat.
Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites firm up then flip over and top with cheese. Cook for about 1 - 2 minutes until cheese is melteed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the cooked sausage patties on the bottom half of each toasted bagel, top with the eggs. Top with the other half of the bagel to create a sandwich. Cut in half.
