Ingredients

Sausage Egg and Cheese Bagel

  • 2 Your choice of bagel sliced and toasted
  • 6 oz Breakfast sausage patties
  • Butter for cooking
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 slices Your choice of cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Coffee:

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of sweetener
  • Your choice of creamer

Fruit:

  • 2 cups Your choice of fruit prepared accordingly (such as sliced strawberries blueberries or banana)

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Toast the bagel.
  • In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage patties until they are browned and cooked through. This should take about 3 - 4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt a small amount of butter over medium heat.
  • Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites firm up then flip over and top with cheese. Cook for about 1 - 2 minutes until cheese is melteed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the cooked sausage patties on the bottom half of each toasted bagel, top with the eggs. Top with the other half of the bagel to create a sandwich. Cut in half.
  • Brew and preopare the coffee to your liking.
  • Serve the sandwich with fruit and coffee.
