Salami Capicola Sandwich

Ingredients

Lemon Water

  • 24 oz Water cold
  • 8 slices Lemon

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Your choice of bread toasted
  • 4 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 3 oz Capicola sliced thin
  • 3 oz Salami sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup Red onion sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced into rings
  • 6 to 8 Crackers depending on size
  • 6 to 8 pieces Pepper jack cheese sliced to fit the crackers (or use your favorite cheese)

Instructions

  • Mix the water and lemon slices. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Toast the bread and spread the mustard on one side of each slice.
  • Layer with arugula, capicola, salami, onion, and pepperoncini.
  • Arrange the cheese slices onto the crackers.
  • Serve: Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy with cheese and crackers and lemon water.
