Roast Beef Sandwich:
- 2 TBSP Horseradish
- 2 TBSP Sour cream
- ½ tsp Lemon juice
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 8 oz Deli roast beef thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 1 Tomato thinly sliced
- 1 cup Arugula
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Homemade Lemonade
- 16 oz Water cold
- 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 TBSP Granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
Mix the horseradish, sour cream, and lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toast the bread.
Spread horseradish sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer with roast beef, Swiss cheese, onions, tomato, and arugula. Top with remaining slice of bread. Cut in half.
Mix together the ingredients for the homemade lemonade.
Serve immediately and enjoy with chips, pickle, and homemade lemonade.
