Ingredients

Roast Beef Sandwich:

  • 2 TBSP Horseradish
  • 2 TBSP Sour cream
  • ½ tsp Lemon juice
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 8 oz Deli roast beef thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Homemade Lemonade

  • 16 oz Water cold
  • 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 TBSP Granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Mix the horseradish, sour cream, and lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Spread horseradish sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer with roast beef, Swiss cheese, onions, tomato, and arugula. Top with remaining slice of bread. Cut in half.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the homemade lemonade.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy with chips, pickle, and homemade lemonade.
