Ingredients
Roast Beef Sandwich:
- 2 TBSP Horseradish
- 2 TBSP Sour cream
- ½ tsp Lemon juice
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 8 oz Deli roast beef thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 1 Tomato thinly sliced
- 1 cup Arugula
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Homemade Lemonade
- 16 oz Water cold
- 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 TBSP Granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Mix the horseradish, sour cream, and lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the bread.
- Spread horseradish sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer with roast beef, Swiss cheese, onions, tomato, and arugula. Top with remaining slice of bread. Cut in half.
- Mix together the ingredients for the homemade lemonade.
- Serve immediately and enjoy with chips, pickle, and homemade lemonade.
