Roast Beef Ciabatta

Ingredients

  • 4 Ciabatta rolls lightly toasted
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Gruyere cheese sliced
  • 4 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the ciabatta.
  • In a bowl, mix together the mayo and horseradish. Spread the mayo on the insides of both halves of the ciabatta. Place the lettuce, roast beef, and tomato seasoned with salt and pepper on the ciabatta. Add the cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
