Spread the dressing on one side of each slice of bread, and use more or less as preferred. Layer the bread with a slice of cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef, and cheese. Top with a slice of bread. Spread the butter on the outside of each bread slice.
Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the sandwich on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is melted, covered with a lid.

Slice the sandwich in half and serve with carrot sticks, ranch, and sweet sunrise.
