Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).
Chop the bacon then add it to a skillet and place over medium heat. Cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until well combined. Mix in the bacon and cheese, then pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake the quiche until the center is set and the top is golden brown, about 30-40 minutes. Use a toothpick inserted into the center to check the quiche (should come out clean). While baking, make fruit salad.
Prep fruit per the instructions above and mix it all in a bowl.
Let the quiche cool for 5 to 10 minutes before portioning.
Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
Serve: Portion the quiche and serve with fruit salad and coffee.
Wrap remaining portions tight and save or freeze them for future use.
