Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Preheat cast iron skillet or nonstick pan on medium heat.
Mix together the ground beef, steak seasoning, and worchestershire sauce, season generously salt and pepper. Portion the beef into three even bite size chunks per serving.
Place them in the pan or skillet and press down with a spatula to flatten them thin. Cook for about 30 seconds per side then remove from the pan and set aside. Work in batches if needed.
Turn down the heat to medium and saute the minced onion in the beef grease for 2 - 3 minutes then remove from the pan.
Layer the slider rolls with the burger, onions, cheese, and pickle. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5 - 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted completely.
In the meantime, mix together the mayo, ketchup, relish, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder in a bowl.
Serve the sliders with the sauce on the side.
