Ingredients
- 3/4 pound Ground beef may not need it all
- 2 tbsp Steak seasoning Montreal steak seasoning or equivalent
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 Onion minced
- 12 Slider buns presliced in half if available
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese or your choice of cheese
- 2 Pickles sliced into rounds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Relish
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Preheat cast iron skillet or nonstick pan on medium heat.
- Mix together the ground beef, steak seasoning, and worchestershire sauce, season generously salt and pepper. Portion the beef into three even bite size chunks per serving.
- Place them in the pan or skillet and press down with a spatula to flatten them thin. Cook for about 30 seconds per side then remove from the pan and set aside. Work in batches if needed.
- Turn down the heat to medium and saute the minced onion in the beef grease for 2 - 3 minutes then remove from the pan.
- Layer the slider rolls with the burger, onions, cheese, and pickle. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5 - 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted completely.
- In the meantime, mix together the mayo, ketchup, relish, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder in a bowl.
- Serve the sliders with the sauce on the side.

- Rare: 115 - 120 degrees F
- Medium Rare: 125 - 130 degrees F
- Medium: 135 - 140 degrees F
- Medium Well: 145 - 150 degrees F
- Well Done: 160 degrees F
