Prosciutto, Brie, and Arugula Sandwich
- 1/2 French baguette (about 6 inches per portion)
- 4 TBSP Fig jam
- 6 oz Prosciutto thinly sliced
- 3 oz Brie cheese sliced
- 2 cups Arugula washed and dried
- 2 oz Potato chips
Lemon Sparkling Water::
- 24 oz Sparkling water
- 1 Lemon sliced
- Ice cubes
Cut the French baguette into equal portions, and then split each portion horizontally.
Spread the fig jam inside each half of baguette.
Arrange the thinly sliced prosciutto, brie and arugula on the baguette. Place the top half of the baguette to close.
Serve with chips, and lemon sparkling water
