Ingredients
Prosciutto, Brie, and Arugula Sandwich
- 1 French baguette (about 6 inches per portion)
- 4 TBSP Fig jam
- 6 oz Prosciutto thinly sliced
- 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
- 2 cups Arugula washed and dried
- 2 oz Potato chips
Lemon Sparkling Water::
- 24 oz Sparkling water
- 1 Lemon sliced
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Cut the French baguette into equal portions, and then split each portion horizontally.
- Spread the fig jam inside each half of baguette.
- Arrange the thinly sliced prosciutto, brie and arugula on the baguette. Place the top half of the baguette to close.
- Serve with chips, and lemon sparkling water
