Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper.
Place on a foil lined baking sheet. Cook in the oven until tender and golden brown, tossing the potatoes with a spatula occasionally.
Once done, season with salt and pepper to taste as needed.
