Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced or grated
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 2 large Potatoes cut into small cubes
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Lime juice or more if needed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper.
- Place on a foil lined baking sheet. Cook in the oven until tender and golden brown, tossing the potatoes with a spatula occasionally.
- Once done, season with salt and pepper to taste as needed.
