- 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1.5 cups Red cabbage shredded
- 1/4 cup Carrots peeled and shredded
In a small pot, bring vinegar, water, and sugar to a boil, stir to dissolve the sugar and remove from heat.
Place the cabbage and carrots in a bowl and pour in the vinegar mixture.
Let sit for 30 minutes. Drain well and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
