Peanut Butter Banana Toast

- 2 slices Sourdough bread
- 2 Banana sliced
- 1/4 cup Semisweet chocolate chips melted
- 4 TBSP Peanut butter or more if needed
Toast the bread in a toaster oven. While toasting, prep the other ingredients.
Slice the banana.
Add the chocolate to a bowl. Microwave in 20 second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted smooth
Spread the peanut butter onto the toasted bread. Shingle the sliced banana on top.
Then drizzle melted chocolate over the toast.
Serve: Enjoy the peanut butter banana toast with milk.
