Peanut Butter Banana Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 Banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup Semisweet chocolate chips melted
  • 4 TBSP Peanut butter or more if needed

Beverage

  • 16 oz Milk cold

Instructions

  • Toast the bread in a toaster oven. While toasting, prep the other ingredients.
  • Slice the banana.
  • Add the chocolate to a bowl. Microwave in 20 second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted smooth
  • Spread the peanut butter onto the toasted bread. Shingle the sliced banana on top.
  • Then drizzle melted chocolate over the toast.
  • Serve: Enjoy the peanut butter banana toast with milk.
