Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix together the peaches, onion, garlic, lime zest, basil, and olive oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the honey to taste.
Place sliced bread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown.
Spoon the bruschetta mixture onto the bread.
