Ingredients
- 1 Peaches pitted and diced
- 2 tbsp Red onion finely diced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp Lime zest or more if needed
- 1 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Honey or more if needed
- 8 slices Crusty bread sliced about 1/4 inch thick
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix together the peaches, onion, garlic, lime zest, basil, and olive oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the honey to taste.
- Place sliced bread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown.
- Spoon the bruschetta mixture onto the bread.
