Peach Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 Banana sliced and frozen
  • 2 cups Peach slices use frozen
  • 1.5 cups Vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup Cranberry Juice preferably calcium-fortified
  • 1 cup Peach juice
  • 4 TBSP Wheat germ
  • Fresh mint garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare and freeze the banana overnight.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender (except mint), blend until smooth. Add more juice if needed for volume or to thin out the consistency. Garnish with mint.
  • Serve in a glass or to-go cup.
