Ingredients
- 2 Banana sliced and frozen
- 2 cups Peach slices use frozen
- 1.5 cups Vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup Cranberry Juice preferably calcium-fortified
- 1 cup Peach juice
- 4 TBSP Wheat germ
- Fresh mint garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare and freeze the banana overnight.
- Add all ingredients to a blender (except mint), blend until smooth. Add more juice if needed for volume or to thin out the consistency. Garnish with mint.
- Serve in a glass or to-go cup.
