Miso Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tbsp Miso paste
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Scallions chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tofu diced into small cubes

Instructions

  • Place the miso into a small bowl, add a little hot water and whisk until smooth. This will ensure it doesn’t clump.
  • Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a low simmer.
  • Simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
