Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. Cook the sausage on a baking sheet to an internal temperature of 155 degrees using a thermometer until nicely browned and crisp on the outside. Then set aside. Slice before serving.
For the tabouleh: Cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, mix with parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to tatse.
Toast the pita in the oven until golden brown and crisp.
Serve the hummus with pita, sausage, tabouleh, dolmas, and olives. Drizzle with olive oil.
