In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, egg, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat; add a small amount of butter.
Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, swirling to create a thin pancake. Cook until the edges lift, flip, and cook the other side. Repeat for the second marudnik.
In a separate skillet, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
In the same skillet used for sausages, melt butter.
Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your preference (scrambled, fried, or poached). Season with salt and pepper.
Spread a generous amount of berry preserves on each marudnik.
Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
Serve marudnik with eggs, sausage, and coffee.
