Bagel

  • 2 tsp Capers
  • 1 TBSP Fresh dill
  • 2 TBSP Red onion minced
  • 2 Your choice of bagel halved and toasted
  • 6 TBSP Whipped cream cheese
  • 6 oz Lox (smoked salmon)
  • 1.5 cups Grapes

Instructions

  • Prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Prep the bagel and red onion per the instructions above.
  • Toast the bagel in a toaster oven.
  • Assemble the bagel: Spread the bagel with cream cheese. Top with salmon, capers, dill, onion, and lox.
  • Serve: Enjoy the bagel with grapes and coffee.
