Italian Sub
- 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 TBSP Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 Sub rolls sliced in half
- Mayonnaise optional
- 1 cup Romaine Lettuce shredded
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese sliced
- 2 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 2 oz Salami sliced thin
- 2 oz Deli Pepperoni sliced thin
- 1/4 cup Banana peppers sliced
- ¼ cup Red onion sliced thin
- 2 oz BBQ potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Homemade Lemonade with Ice:
- 16 oz Water cold
- 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 TBSP Granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
Whisk the oil, vinegar, and half of the oregano in a bowl. Then drizzle on both halves of the roll. Spread on mayo if using.
Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, oregano, cheese, ham, salami, pepperoni, banana peppers, and red onion.
Mix together all of the ingredients for the lemonade.
Cut sub in half and serve with chips, pickle, and homemade lemonade.
