Assemble Italian Subs: Cut the Italian sub roll in half lengthwise without splitting completely. Drizzle with Italian dressing inside both halves.
Layer with lettuce, tomato (seasoned with salt, pepper, and oregano), ham, salami, capicola, provolone cheese, red onion, and banana peppers.
Optionally, drizzle with more Italian dressing. Cut in half if preferred.
Mix lemon juice, water, and sugar to taste.
Serve Italian sub with carrots and ranch, pickle spears and Lemonade.
