In a food processor combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, cumin, olive oil, salt & pepper. Drizzle cold water a little at a time to smooth out and reach the desired texture.
Flatbread
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spread a decent layer of hummus on flatbread, top with spinach, onion, goat cheese, olives.
Bake for 7 - 8 minutes or to your desired crispiness.
