Cook Chicken: Place the skewered or cubed chicken into the air fryer basket (or into the oven). Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) to ensure it’s fully cooked.
Coat Cooked Chicken: Once the chicken is done, remove it from the air fryer. Carefully coat the chicken pieces with the remaining honey mustard mixture.
Prepare Sandwich: While the chicken is cooking, slice the rolls in half. Toast them lightly in a toaster oven.
Assemble Sandwich: Place the honey mustard-coated chicken pieces on the bottom half of each toasted ciabatta roll. Top with the other half of the bread and press gently. Cut in half.
