Ham Pepperjack Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 3 cups Baby spinach
  • 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Pepper jack cheese
  • 4 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread. In a bowl mix the mustard and honey.
  • Spread the honey mustard on both slices of bread, layer with spinach, ham, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
