Ham Egg Bagel Sandwich

  • Lightly toast the bagel.
  • Heat a non stick pan over medium heat. Brown the ham on both sides. Then place on the bagel.
  • Add the oil into the pan and crack in the eggs. Cook until the whites of the eggs start to set and become firm. Then break the yolk and gently flip over, Add the cheese on top to melt and cook for approximately 1 minute or until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the eggs on the bagel. Cut in half and serve with honey dew.

Notes

Pro tip: Purchase a container of already peeled and cut up honey dew in the fresh produce section instead of having to purchase a whole honey dew if desired.
