Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed for consistency or volume.
Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat and brown the ham on both sides.
Preheat the oven broiler on low.
Toast the bread.
Heat the oil in an oven-safe nonstick pan on medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan; season with salt and pepper. Cook until the whites start to become firm, then flip the eggs over, add the sliced cheese, and place under the broiler to melt.
Place the eggs and ham on the bread. Cut in half and enjoy with smoothie.

Anytime you have orange peel use it for infused water instead of throwing it away.
