Ham and Swiss Sandwich

Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 6 oz Deli ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Korean Banana Milk

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 TBSP Maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Milk (whole or plant-based)
  • 1 cup Water
  • Ice cubes (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  • Optional: Toast the bread if desired.
  • Spread mayonnaise on sode of each slice of bread.
  • Layer each sandwich with romaine lettuce, tomato slices, ham, and Swiss cheese.
  • Top with the remaining slices of bread and cut in half.
  • In a blender, combine the banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract, milk, water, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Adjust sweetness or consistency by adding more milk or ice if needed.
  • Serve the ham and Swiss sandwich with chips, pickles, and Korean banana milk.
