Ingredients
Sandwich
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 6 oz Deli ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Korean Banana Milk
- 1 Banana
- 1 TBSP Maple syrup
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Milk (whole or plant-based)
- 1 cup Water
- Ice cubes (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Optional: Toast the bread if desired.
- Spread mayonnaise on sode of each slice of bread.
- Layer each sandwich with romaine lettuce, tomato slices, ham, and Swiss cheese.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread and cut in half.
- In a blender, combine the banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract, milk, water, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Adjust sweetness or consistency by adding more milk or ice if needed.
- Serve the ham and Swiss sandwich with chips, pickles, and Korean banana milk.
