Ham and Swiss Sandwich

Hibiscus Iced Tea
- 4 cups Water
- 2 Hibiscus tea bags or 1 tsp of loose hibiscus tea per bag needed
- 2 TBSP Honey or sugar adjust to taste
- Ice cubes
Ham and Swiss on Country Miche
- 4 slices Miche bread (about 1/2 inch thick each)
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 6 oz Deli ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 oz Sour cream cheddar potato chips Ruffles or similar
- 2 Pickle spears
Bring water to a simmer then remove from the heat. Steep the tea in the water for 10 minutes then add sugar to taste. Refrigerate to cool.
Optional: Toast the bread.
Spread mayo on each slice of bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato, ham, and cheese. Top with remaining slice of bread. Cut in half.
Pour the chilled hibiscus tea over ice.
Serve the sandwich with cheddar chips, pickle, hibiscus iced tea.
