In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined. Spread inside the bread.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. Toss with the lettuce and tomatoes.
Layer the turkey, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, and pepper jack cheese evenly over the bottom half of the bread. Place in the oven until the cheese is melted and bread is crisp, 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes and lettuce mixture.
Carefully place the top half of the bread over the vegetables, creating a sandwich.
Slice the sandwich in half.
Serve the Grinder Sandwich with celery and ranch and lemon sparkling water.
