Ingredients
For Sandwich:
- 1 Baguette or Italian loaf sliced lengthwise
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 6 oz Deli salami
- 6 oz Deli Pepperoni
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 slices Pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup Lettuce shredded
- 4 slices Tomato halved
- 1/4 cup Red onions sliced
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
- 1 cup Celery cut into 3 inch-long sticks
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
For Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Garlic Parsley Butter:
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter softened
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 TBSP Fresh parsley finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water
- 1 Lemon sliced
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet, cut side up. Scoop out the bread.
- In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined. Spread inside the bread.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. Toss with the lettuce and tomatoes.
- Layer the turkey, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, and pepper jack cheese evenly over the bottom half of the bread. Place in the oven until the cheese is melted and bread is crisp, 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes and lettuce mixture.
- Carefully place the top half of the bread over the vegetables, creating a sandwich.
- Slice the sandwich in half.
- Serve the Grinder Sandwich with celery and ranch and lemon sparkling water.
