Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (176 °C).
Season the chicken on both sides with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Drizzle all over with oil. Set aside.
Make the salsa: Place all the ingredients (except the tortilla chips) into a bowl and mix well. Use hot sauce to taste. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken until nicely marked then transfer it to the oven and cook through to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) using a thermometer. Set aside to rest for 3 to 5 minutes before dicing into small bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chicken, refried beans, and cheese.
Assemble the burritos: Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and evenly spread the chicken mixture across the center. Fold in the ends and roll up tightly.
Place in the oven to melt the cheese, about 5 minutes.
Serve: Enjoy the burrito (drizzle with hot sauce if desired) with chips and salsa, sour cream, and sparkling water.
