Prepare all ingredients as described in the list above.
Make burger patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Form into equal-sized burger patties.
Make the sauce: mix together ingredients until combined. Set aside.
Grill the corn: Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the corn on all sides until tender, about 8–10 minutes. Spread with butter and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the burgers: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill each patty for about 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook until the desired doneness is reached.
Add cheese (optional): Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt while the burger finishes cooking.
Toast the buns (optional): Place the hamburger buns cut side-down on the grill until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers: Spread sauce on the buns. Layer the bottom half of each bun with butter lettuce, tomato slices, grilled beef patty, and red onion. Top with the remaining bun halves.
Make the mango lassi: In a blender, combine frozen mango, yogurt, milk, cardamom, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
Serve the grilled burgers alongside grilled corn, watermelon, and mango lassi.
