- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil as needed
- 8 oz Deli ham
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 8 slices Sourdough bread or bread of your choice
- 1 cup Aged Swiss Cheese shredded
- 2 Pickles sliced into rounds
Heat the oil as needed in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
Fry the ham on both sides to golden brown. Spread the mustard on each slice of bread.
Layer each sandwich with cheese, ham, cheese, and top with a slice of bread.
Cook the sandwich on both sides, covered with a lid, until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Serve with pickles.
