Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil as needed
  • 8 oz Deli ham
  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread or bread of your choice
  • 1 cup Aged Swiss Cheese shredded
  • 2 Pickles sliced into rounds

Instructions

  • Heat the oil as needed in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
  • Fry the ham on both sides to golden brown. Spread the mustard on each slice of bread.
  • Layer each sandwich with cheese, ham, cheese, and top with a slice of bread.
  • Cook the sandwich on both sides, covered with a lid, until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Serve with pickles.
