Combine all of the ingredients for the cucumber water. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
In a bowl, combine the ground beef with steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed.Divide the beef mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick. Press a small indentation in the center of each patty to help prevent it from puffing up during grilling.
Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill the corn on all sides until nicely charred and tender. Once tender, lather with butter and lightly season with salt. Set aside.
Grill the Patties: Place the patties on the preheated grill or grill pan. Grill the patties until they reach your desired level of doneness (see below) using a thermometer. Melt cheese over top if using.
Toast the Buns: While the patties are grilling, place the hamburger buns cut side down on the grill or in a separate pan to toast lightly until golden brown.
Assemble the Burgers: Spread ketchup evenly on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with butter lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Place a grilled patty on and the top half of the toasted bun on each burger.
Serve the grilled burger with grilled corn and cucumber water.
