- Peel and slice the bananas. Pit and peel the avocado. 
- For the smoothie, in a blender, combine the sliced banana, avocado, fresh spinach leaves, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup . Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie. 
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if needed. Set the smoothie aside. 
- Slice the bagel in half. 
- Toast the bagel halves until they are lightly golden. 
- Spread cream cheese on each half of the toasted bagel. 
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season them with salt and pepper to taste. 
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or cooking oil. 
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and scramble them gently until they're cooked to your desired consistency. Remove from heat. 
- Serve the green goddess smoothie alongside the toasted bagel spread with cream cheese and the scrambled eggs.
