In a large bowl mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Form the meat into an evenly elongated loaf and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
In a bowl whisk the ketchup, vinegar, and soy sauce. Lather the outside of the meatloaf with the mixture.
Cook the meatloaf in the oven for 25 to 35 minutes or to an internal temperature of 160°F using a thermometer. Remove from the oven and let meatloaf sit 2 to 3 minutes before slicing.
