Glazed Carrots

- 1 cup Baby carrots
- 2 tsp Honey
Place the carrots in a sauté pan and cover with water. Bring the carrots to a simmer
Cook for 6-8 minutes or until carrots are tender (a fork should slide in and out of the carrots easily without breaking them apart). Then drain well.
Stir the carrots and honey together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
