Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Baby Carrots
  • 2 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Place the carrots in a sauté pan and cover with water. Bring the carrots to a simmer
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes or until carrots are tender (a fork should slide in and out of the carrots easily without breaking them apart). Then drain well.
  • Stir the carrots and honey together.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
