Instructions
- Place the carrots in a sauté pan and cover with water. Bring the carrots to a simmer
- Cook for 6-8 minutes or until carrots are tender (a fork should slide in and out of the carrots easily without breaking them apart). Then drain well.
- Stir the carrots and honey together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
