Fruit Salad and Croissant

2 tbsp Butter 1 Croissant sliced in half 1 cup Cantaloupe peeled and diced small 1 cup Honeydew peeled and diced small 2 tbsp Blueberries 1/4 cup Raspberries 1/4 cup Strawberries sliced
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Place the croissant inside-down into the pan and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Mix all of the fruit together in a bowl.
Serve the fruit with croissant.
