Fruit Salad and Croissant

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Croissant sliced in half
  • 1 cup Cantaloupe peeled and diced small
  • 1 cup Honeydew peeled and diced small
  • 2 tbsp Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries sliced

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Place the croissant inside-down into the pan and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Mix all of the fruit together in a bowl.
  • Serve the fruit with croissant.
