Instructions
Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
Arrange the sliced cheeses on a large platter or cheese board.
Place the strawberries, grapes, blueberries, pineapple, and cantaloupe around the cheeses.
Add the dried apricots and mixed nuts to the platter.
Drizzle honey over the sliced brie or place it in a bowl.
Serve raspberry preserves in small bowls alongside the platter.
Serve with crackers.
